Booking Conditions, House Rules, and Cancellation Policy

Booking Conditions

* A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
 
* Full payment is required 30 days prior to check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, local Belize Bank transfer, and cash payments.
 
* The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
* Check-in time is from 3pm to 6pm 
 
* Check-out time is at 11am Late check-out subjected to availability. Late check out without prior approval will be fine
 
* Only registered guests are allowed in the premises . The maximum number of guests stated on the website or OTA's cannot be exceeded. If the max number of      guests is exceeded, you may be removed from the property and forfeit all payments. This includes infants and children.
* Pets are not allowed on the premises at any time. Any pets found on the property will result in a fine of $350 USD.
 
House Rules
* Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Any smoking indoors will be charged an extra cleaning fee on $200 USD.
*  Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 6am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Excessive noise during quiet hours will result in the police being asked to the property, to remove the guests if necessary. If guest is removed, all payments will be forfeited.
* Non-registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms after 9pm.
* Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the property caused by them during their stay. 
* Respect the property and other guests by maintaining cleanliness and avoiding disruptive behavior.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
* A 10% administrative fee will be retained on all cancelled bookings. This fee is non-refundable. 
* Cancel 90 to 60 days before arrival for 40% refund of total reservation fee.  
* Cancellations made within 60 days upon arrival are non‑refundable.
* No refunds will be issued in the event of natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
